The steering wheel allows left/right turns, forward/backward movement, and includes a fun horn sound (requires 2 x AA batteries, not included). Items must be in original condition and returned with the original sales receipt. Customers are responsible for all returns costs and we are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if the items were damaged or faulty when delivered.
